Our Promise on Quality

Our Promise on Quality

We know that every pen we make has your brand's name on it. That’s a big deal to us. For us, quality isn’t a final inspection—it’s something we build into every step of the process, from the moment we start your project to the day it ships.

Our goal isn’t just to find mistakes, but to stop them from happening in the first place. Here’s a straightforward look at how we make sure you get a product you’re proud of.

Quality You Can Rely On

Every order goes through strict checks before shipping. Our products meet international standards such as REACH, RoHS, and ASTM F963, so you can sell with confidence in Europe, the US, and beyond.

Our Three Main Quality Checks

We have a simple, three-step process to keep quality high from start to finish.

Step 1: Checking Materials as They Arrive (IQC)

Good pens start with good materials. Before anything goes into production, our team inspects all the raw materials carefully.

1. Verifying the Materials: We check the reports for our metals and plastics to make sure they match what was ordered and meet global safety rules.

2. Checking Dimensions and Colors: We use precise tools to check the size of all the parts. We also use Pantone color cards to check that the colors are a perfect match, right from the start.

3. Testing Key Components: We test a random batch of core parts, like refills and springs, to make sure they work well and will last.

Step 2: Checking as We Make (IPQC)

While your pens are being made, our quality team is always on the factory floor, checking things at each stage. This way, we can catch and fix small problems right away, before they become big ones.

1. Auditing the Assembly Line: We regularly check that our team is following the right steps at each assembly station.

2. Checking Printing and Finishes: We pay close attention to the logo printing to make sure it’s sharp, straight, and the right color. We also check that any paint or plating is smooth and even.

3. Testing Half-Finished Pens: At key points in the assembly, we’ll test parts of the pen, like how smoothly the clicker works or how tightly the cap fits.

Step 3: The Final Check (FQC)

Before anything gets packed into boxes, our team does one last, thorough check. We often hold ourselves to a standard that's even tougher than the industry average.

1. Checking Every Pen by Hand: Our inspectors look at every single pen for any scratches, smudges, or other cosmetic flaws.

2. Testing How They Work and Write: We take a bunch of pens from every batch and do real-world writing tests with them. We make sure the ink flows smoothly and that all the parts work as they should.

3. Double-Checking the Packaging: We make sure all the packaging, labels, and barcodes match your order exactly. This way, you know everything is correct when it arrives.

More Than Just Checks: Our Certifications & Lab

We prove our commitment to quality with official certifications and our own in-house lab.

1. International Certifications: We are an ISO 9001 certified company. This means our process is standardized and we're always getting better. We also follow BSCI standards, which shows we run our factory in an ethical and responsible way.

2. Our In-House Lab: Our on-site lab follows CNAS standards and can run all sorts of tests for safety and durability. We can test how long a pen should write, how well it stands up to wear and tear, and check that the materials are safe.

Our Promise to You

Our quality process is really just our promise to you and your brand. We promise that thanks to all these checks, the pens you receive will be something you are truly proud to put your name on.

When you choose Sunyale, you're choosing a partner who cares about your brand as much as you do.
